Jerrie had always felt that while Fulton had many outlets for athletic hobbies, there was a distinct absence of avenues for artistic expression. When she was asked to join the Art House Board by founding member, Tom Riley, she knew it would be a great way to expand Fulton’s horizons.
Born and raised in Callaway County, Jerrie Bell has been actively engaged in the community for over two decades. Volunteering for various organizations and serving on non-profit boards, Jerrie’s commitment has spanned the breadth from grassroots start-up projects like Art House to establishing and directing CARDV, Callaway County’s domestic violence coalition. She feels that the passion of like-minded people coming together to develop something of value for the community and/or individuals within the community is extremely gratifying. Jerrie continues to serve on the Art House Board, spearheading such events as Autumn on the Bricks and The Palette Affair.
